Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Mark3ting – Digital Marketing Solutions, we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital marketing services tailored to your business needs. Since our services involve strategic planning, creative execution, and customized solutions, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.

2. Return Policy

We do not accept returns of completed digital services. Unlike physical products, our services involve time, expertise, and strategic implementation that cannot be reversed once delivered. However, we stand by the quality of our work and offer a 30-day refund policy under specific conditions.

3. 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible services. Clients may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • Work has not yet begun on the project.
  • If work has started but is less than 50% completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of the service completed.
  • No refunds will be granted after 30 days, or if the service has been 50% or more completed.

Refunds are not applicable to non-refundable services listed below.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services cannot be refunded once initiated:

  • SEO campaigns (since rankings and results depend on external factors beyond our control).
  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), as funds are allocated directly to third-party platforms.
  • Graphic design and branding services, once concepts have been delivered.
  • Website development, once the project has moved beyond the initial planning phase.
  • Consultations and strategy sessions, as value is delivered in real time.

5. Revisions and Service Adjustments

We prioritize client satisfaction and offer revisions where applicable. If you are not satisfied with the initial results, please provide feedback, and we will work on necessary adjustments as outlined in our contract.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage open communication. If you have concerns about our services, please contact us at info@mark3ting.ca before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
